Unemployment is a raging issue in the country today. Visan Foundation decided to address this national agenda by focussing on Employment Linked Skill Development Programs in the under-developed **North Eastern states**.
The youth from NE region have excellent communication skills but lack the polishing required for recruitment. After skilling, they are ready for the best hospitality brands.
