Project Objective
The objective of the WISE Program, sponsored by the DLF Foundation, is to empower marginalized women by providing them with structured, industry-relevant healthcare training. The program aims to enhance their employability by equipping them with essential caregiving skills, practical knowledge, and workplace readiness, enabling them to secure sustainable livelihoods and become financially independent.

To support quality learning and professional readiness, Books and Uniforms were distributed to students, marking an important step in their training journey and encouraging a sense of confidence and responsibility.

Hands-on Practical Training

Digital Literacy & IT Skills
Equipping students with essential digital skills and technical knowledge to thrive in today’s fast-paced IT-driven world.

NASSCOM Final Assessment
The IT batch of Digital Mirta successfully appeared for their final assessment conducted by Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (NASSCOM). The assessment evaluated students on their technical knowledge, practical skills, and industry readiness.

Women's Day Celebration with DLF
